To avoid disappointment, when ordering your books please note the dispatch time is as follows:

Within Ireland:  7-10 working days

N.Ireland / UK / Europe: 10-12 working days 

Rest of the World: 10-21 working days

What are your delivery charges? 
To keep our delivery costs as low as possible and get your books to you as quickly as possible, we use Fastway Couriers and An Post - Ireland’s national postal service.

Return and Refund Policy

Can I return The Memoir Writing Workbook? 
Yes, we will accept returns up to 7 days after delivery once the book is unopened and unused. Just post the goods back to us with all paperwork enclosed (please be sure to include your name, address, order reference number and receipt), and we will credit your account. However, the total postage on returned goods will be borne by you, unless we were at fault. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
